## Required

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, business administration, project management or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressively responsible experience in utility generation, industrial maintenance, power plant operations, maintenance planning, scheduling, project coordination or related work
- Minimum 3 years leadership, supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of power generating facilities and related equipment operation, maintenance, design and construction
- Ability to lead maintenance planning, scheduling and work management in complex industrial or utility environments
- Strong leadership skills including expectation-setting, employee coaching, conflict resolution and accountability
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, process improvement techniques and maintenance best practices
- Ability to evaluate equipment histories, work order data and failure trends to identify improvements
- Understanding of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, outage planning and backlog management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, standards and safe work practices for power generation maintenance
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software and EAM or CMMS platforms
- Ability to develop, monitor and manage budgets and work plans
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- On-call 24/7 availability with ability to respond in reasonable timeframe

## Nice to have

- Experience with outage planning, maintenance work management, contractor coordination and budget development
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management or Computerized Maintenance Management systems
- Experience in electric cooperative industry or utility generation environment
