- 5+ years in Analytics, Data, or Software Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field
- Production pipeline development with Python and SQL
- Spark and Airflow experience
- Cloud data warehouse experience
- Automated testing and CI/CD implementation
- Data validation and anomaly detection
- Databricks proficiency including DABs
- Looker and LookML experience
- GitHub Enterprise experience
- Establish self-service patterns and set engineering standards
- Mentor team members
- Manage cross-functional priorities in Agile environment

## Nice to have

- Experience with semantic layers and data contracts
- Event-driven architecture experience
- AI-assisted tooling familiarity (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, Databricks Genie)
