- Job architecture and career framework design experience
- Market benchmarking expertise with Radford, Pave, Mercer or similar tools
- Salary structure building including pay ranges and geographic differentials
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with ability to translate analysis into recommendations
- Global compensation practices and geographic pay strategy experience
- Compensation system and HRIS administration
- Ability to identify automation opportunities in compensation workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to balance strategic work with high-volume operations

## Nice to have

- Led or supported company-wide compensation philosophy or job architecture redesign
