- 5+ years shipping/receiving/warehousing experience in CGMP biotech facility
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly bend, reach, and walk
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks at heights up to 25 feet
- Knowledge of GMP practices and controlled documentation

## Nice to have

- Post-secondary education (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline)
- ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP
- Experience with domestic and international shipping of GMP raw materials
- Commercial biotech environment experience
- Cold chain material receipt and handling experience
- Experience with Quality Management System, change control, deviations, and CAPA
- Pallet wrapper, forklift, and turret truck experience
- CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD certification
