- 8+ years managing projects in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing
- 3+ years leading project managers or technical staff directly
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Portfolio accountability for on-time delivery and margin across multiple projects
- Schedule development and management using waterfall methodologies
- Cost budgeting and portfolio cost management
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering drawings
- Experience with at least one scheduling tool (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Primavera P6)

## Nice to have

- Modular building manufacturing or data center construction experience
- Direct expertise managing first-of-a-kind manufacturing programs
- Experience scaling modular or prefabricated product lines through rapid growth
- Background in both field construction and factory manufacturing
- Familiarity with industrialized building regulatory programs and third-party inspection
- Experience implementing PMO standards or stage-gate governance
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems like SAP, Visual, or Acumatica
