## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months customer service call center experience, OR 6 months customer service in insurance/retail/banking/healthcare with extensive customer contact, OR equivalent education and experience combination
- Proficient PC skills and ability to navigate multiple applications during calls
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations
- Excellent multitasking under pressure
- Resilience and patience in challenging situations
- Clear, concise and empathetic communication
- Proactive problem-solving and insightful questioning
- Sound decision-making in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to product and regulatory changes
- Comfortable collaborating and working independently
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- High-speed wired internet connection (minimum 10 Mb download, 5 Mb upload)
- Private, distraction-free workspace
- Access to personal mobile device for Multi-Factor Authentication

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
- Experience with AI tools and technologies
