## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Two years of experience in HRIS or related field
- Workday platform experience
- HCM software implementation and integration experience
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- U.S. work authorization for ITAR/export control compliance

## Nice to have

- Deltek Costpoint ERP familiarity
- Agile project management experience
- Experience with HCM system integrations
- Passion for space and the mission
