# Stacking

Stacking, often called "sport stacking" or "cup stacking," is a competitive activity in which participants stack and unstack specially designed plastic cups into pyramid formations in prescribed sequences as quickly as possible. It is practiced individually and in relay teams, timed with sensor mats, and is popular in schools and youth competitions for building hand-eye coordination and reaction speed.
