Hyrox is a global indoor fitness racing competition that combines an 8km run divided into segments with eight functional workout stations, such as sled pushes, rowing, farmer's carries, and wall balls. Created in Germany in 2017, it has become popular among gym-goers and CrossFit-style athletes as a standardized, competitive way to test both endurance and strength. Competitors of all levels, from amateurs to elite athletes, race the same format, which has fueled its rapid growth as a global fitness league.
