Dandy shandy is a traditional street game, historically popular among children in Ireland and parts of the UK, in which a player bounces or throws a ball against a wall while performing a sequence of actions or reciting a rhyme before catching it. Players progress through increasingly difficult challenges, and failing a step typically means passing the ball on to the next player, making it a game of skill and memory passed down informally through generations.
